Small font in dialog box
We have been running into this problem in select boxes under Vista 64. When we move to save a word document, the issue is small, nearly unreadable font size.
Conversely, saving a text document does not result in the issue.

The "start menu" is fine, "task bar" is fine, no gaming issues or Window titles are good.
