Buffering problem when trying to watch a video from the internet

i have a problem when trying to watch any movies or clips from the internet. this can be from You tube or using windows media player.
I am using windows vista home premium
Sony Vaio
CPU intel core duo T8100 2.10GHZ
3 GB /Go/ DDR2 SDRAM

I do not believe there is a problem with the ISP.

Can anyone help

there is no problem with your system the problem is with the number of people tring to watch the same thing. ( lag )
