Blue Screen problems

Don't know if I've posted on correct board, if not maybe admin can move it.

I've got a HP G70 laptop running vista home premium, problems started last night when I started to get the blue screen with the following error

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL

error code: 0x0000000A (0xD44000D2, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8D48BBDA)

I've tried system restore several times going back in time every time, I've also done a full system recovery, and run HP diagnostic from the start up menu. Now I can't even get to the option to start in safe mode.

Anyone got any ideas ?
