ANSWER!Have a look at your computer Tower.If you got it from a Company pre-installed there will be a sticker saying eho they are and product key.Go to Device Manage in My computer and type in the product code that you have and actgivate -you only have a shhort time to do this.
Alternatively you may ring Microsoft and ask for help although l woud not pin my hopes on this.If you do this you have to somehow prove you did actually purchase the product and you have the original driver or disc for the OS.
Good luck as l just had to do this and had to ring both Microsoft and Dell,the latter finally did it for me despite being reminded again out of warranty-FCS l bought it from tyhem and had the sticker on the compuer tower verifying it plus he has all my details there-l was in theeeeeeeeir system. |
