Please Analyze My Dump File
Tried to do it myself, but can't figure out how to get the symbols to work with MSDBG
Laptop just came back from being repaired at RadioShack for the second time. It results in a blue screen and memory dump every time it wakes up from sleep mode. I've included two dump files, before and after. The before is the one I would get before I sent it in (random blue screens) and the other is after I got it back (only happens upon wakeup). I understand the timestamps might say different, but the clock resets after the laptop is unplugged. Perhaps someone could tell me if the hardware problem changed (blue screen states "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".) or at least what the problem could be. I was told that the repair company did work to the motherboard, including changing a fan.
I'd just like to go into RadioShack with an understanding of what is wrong with my laptop (my warrenty expires in 3 weeks). I'm a pretty technical person when it comes to computer issues, but never understood much about debugging or hardware IRQ adresses and such. Thank You.
A little more background I've decided to add.
I sent it in the first time just to repair 1 dead pixel in the screen and to fix the audio jack that had become loose. Got it back with those problems resolved, but with a battery that does not charge and random computer restarts (actually it would just shut off, not restart. And if i remember correctly it just powered off, no blue screen or warning which kinda sounds like an overheat if you ask me). Neither of these problems existed before I sent it in. Sent it in again, and now I have this problem. Don't know if that helps anyone or not.
