Side by Side Error with Visual C++
Hello,

I have a problem with a game that I have recently installed that uses Visual C++.

The error is a side by side problem with this information coming from the application event viewer:

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",pub licKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",versio n="8.0.50727.4053" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I was unable to install the redistributable files x86, x64, IA64 for Visual C++ 2005 for some reason.

However, I was able to install Visual C++ 2008 as well as the x86 redistributable, but not the x64 and IA64 distributables.

Any help on getting this file to work would be greatly appreciated!
