Links in Outlook emails won't work. The following message appears:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in place on this computer. Please contact your administrator".

This is my home computer, I am the sole user and administrator. I have Vista Home Premium.

I am shortly to upgrade to Windows 7, will this fix it? If so, I'll wait.

Any help appreciated.
