Need Help Desparately- Wife Ready to Divorce Me!!!!!!
Hi, I asked this question quite a while ago but didn't get any replies. This problem is with my wife's computer and she is getting tired of waiting for me to fix it, and is becoming, understandably, very irate with me. If anyone out there has any suggestions on what to do with this problem, I would sincerely appreciate it, and so would my wife! Here goes:
My wife has a problem that is driving her nuts and I'm trying to help her out. The Windows Mail on her Vista Home Premium equipped HP laptop shuts down as soon as she right clicks the mouse for any reason. The usual message is displayed that a problem has been encountered and the program has to shut down. The computer is about a year and a half old and she says this has been a problem since day one, but it wasn't a big issue until recently. She had composed a rather long and involved email to send to several people that had taken her 2 hours to complete. She went to right click to remove one email address from the send to list and the program shut down and she lost the whole thing. She first noticed this problem when she wanted to right click to delete an address from her address book. I have tried it and it doesn't matter what you are doing. If you are anywhere in the mail program and you hit the right mouse button, the program shuts down. Have any of you experienced this, and if so, has anyone found a fix for it?
