Can not watch videos

Please help. I can not watch any videos. I get an error message saying that I either have Javascript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. When I go to get the latest Flash Player,I get a Tech Note that says it does not support playback in a 64-bit browser but that I can run Flash Player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system which is what I have. How do I do that??? Thanks
