i have a pavillion dv9000 laptop with vista 32 and hp sent an update Active Support Library then trying to install and i got the first error and it was 1316.a a network error then a fatal error 1603 during install it said consult msi.chm and cannot find,something just dosent seem right on my computer i run all hp health check etc and nothing but something is just not right i hope you can help thankyou
