Startup and Shutdown - Very slow
Hi, It appears that I cannot speed up my Shut down proccess in Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. It's been taking over a minute to shut down. When I start it up, it takes almost a minute.. Is there a way to fix that?

I even tried regedit, but it won't work...
