Can't get automatic update to turn on
Just bought a new desktop with vista premium installed. I get a message that new updates are available, but when I click on the tray icon and am taken to the windows update page and I try to turn on update, nothing happens. I have tried to turn it on different ways but no luck. I have run the the onecarelive.com scan and a norton scan because one site suggested the problem was caused by a virus-Vundo- but no virus detected. Can anyone help??????
