hi, i am having problems with wmp11 on vista as it will not open at all, i have previously tried end processes but still not working and tried to re-install wmp11 but as it is intergrated on my vista it wont allow me to re-install or install an older version of wmp.
i have slao checked all of my updates and there is nothing to suggest anything that might be interfering with wmp.
i have even contemplated a total re-install of vista but then another problem.... i bought my

pr-install, an have no installation disc.
please can someone help?
