snippingtool dilemma
my snippingtool has stopped working, it was fine few days ago. i had already looked into the program under (snippingtool.exe) went to properties and all is well. i even did a system scan which revealed no problems. i need this feature as it is handy in capturing my desktop as well as other applications. i have windows vista home premium sp1. 
by the way i already took this step - Control Panel > Programs and Features, "Turn Windows features on or off". >
"Tablet PC Optional Components ..then rebooted, nothing, not a sausage.
