Game .exe problem

I performed a clean install of Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit from OEM disk and the disk was validated. Everything worked fine. Played the various games that installed, i.e. Chess Titans, Free Cell. For some reason the .exe and .lnk's disappeared and the icons are also missing, deleted probably.
Question: Where might the games/folders be located on my validated OEM disk so that I can re-install the games/folders?

Hi johnnyjax,

try this...

Click the Start button.

Click Control Panel.

Click the icon for Programs and Features.

Look for the link on the left side of the page with the colored shield that says “Turn Windows Features On or Off” and click it.

Click continue when prompted for permission.

Check the box beside the folder labeled Games.

Click OK and the installation of the games folder will be started.

Thanks for your help. What is interesting is, that I have done that too many times to no avail. This time though, I clicked the shield next to the link and the games showed up.
