I have a problem with positioning the Excel spreadsheet when launched: it is always high cutting off the the upper 1/4 of sheet. I recall on earlier incarnations of Windows there was a file that held the x,y coordinates of files to be launched. I can't find in vista or forget how to position an application on the desktop and am spending an inordinate amount of time on this.
