Vista Home Premium Won't Recognise my Dell 922 AIO Printer. Any help appreciated.
Hi

We recently bought a Vista Home Premium tower but cannot get it to recognise my Dell 922 AIO printer. I have checked the Dell website and it states that it is compatitble. We have downloaded drivers etc and it still won't recognise my printer.

I am not at all computer literate so, if anyone does have any ideas as to what I do next, I would be extremely grateful.
