Install problem with windows update kb940157

Hi,
Can't install Windows update kb940157 (Windows Search 4.0). Everything seems OK until the system is restarted. Then at restart, a message is displayed saying that the install could not be completed and the computer restart again...
Any idea ?

my computer runs Vista Premium SP1.
