VZNWRLS Smartphone Windows Mobile 5.0

Does anyone with a Vista operating system have the Verizon Wireless PN-820 Smartphone or it's equivalent? I want to know if the Windows Mobile 5.0 OS will work from my computer calendar on Vista to that Smartphone. Thanks
