Vista Home Premium update failure

I have a new 32 bit ASUS X50RL laptop and booted up today for the first time and checked for any Windows updates. After Vista automatically downloaded 30 updates, one of them (Security Update for Windows Vista KB950762) failed to install. This Update is listed as Type = Important.

Help. I am not sure what to do next.
