Vista freezing at OS load
I got my PC and I installed an LG GCC-H20L Blu-Ray HD DVD combo drive and after a few reboots the PC decided to crash. First was when I was web surfing with FireFox and then after a few reboots it I got in and successfully shut down. After a cold boot it would freeze at the OS load bar every time. The last thing I did before the multiple reboots was letting Vista install the updates via windows update.
Now, I'm convinced it's the updates that are causing the OS to fail to load though I am considering it may be failure of the motherboard and or the RAM. The specs are in my signature so any ideas would be great because it's the second time it's happened and I haven't even had the PC for a full month.
