HI Vista Heads/Video card help

This is my first post, be nice. Hello all
I have a HP Slimline S3100N that likes to hang up and does not recover from sleep.
Does any one know of a video card for the PCI EXpress x16 slot for this unit. It has a 160 w Power Supply.
Hopefully with a seperate video card the random problems will fade.
Any help is appreciated

160w Power Supply is pretty small these days. Most video cards willl require at least 300w min or better. Im not a expert but what you have doesn't seem like a very strong pc.
