No video with WMP 11
When I first stareted using Vista HP, I downloaded DivX and another codec bundle and everything was OK at first, but then suddenly WMP 11 would only play audio, not video, and WMP Classic would play video but no audio. I could play the files fine on both DivX player and VLC Media Player, but I don't really like either of those. I posted this query somewhere and received instructions on how to correct the problem (which I did), and everything was OK for a while, but now the same problem has recurred, and I can't remember the instructions--i.e., the order in which to uninstall, which codec packs to download, and the order in which they must be reinstalled so that I can use WMP11. It has to be WMP11 because I have DRM files that will only play on WMP11 (although at the moment I have no video with them).
