links in mail cannot be opened

Hi
The links in my mail cannot be opened. I get a message "block and url". I checked in system and programdirection, this was correct. either iex nor mozilla is working. How can I unblock such urls in my mail. Anyone an idea?

What mail provider is it?


This happens with my hotmail account. If it is hotmail;

Click Tools,
Safety Options,
Safe Senders,
Add,
Then type in the email address.

This is only good for emails that you recieve often, such as emails from Social network sites or people in your address book.

thanks for answer. I have a swiss provider which works good. Without action it is working. Hope this will last. Have no idea why. Greetings
