All my pictures are gone when I deleted a profile. How cann I get it back

G'Day : If you haven't emptied your recycle bin yet they should be there, right click icon and open, if they are there select Restore, if not you'll need a pro. to salvage them, or some programs are supposed to recover lost data, you could try on of those.
Google " data recovery" and see what you get
