hey everyone, i have re-installed windows vista home premium from the recovery DVD that i have got with my toshiba laptop, bcoz of an issue i have had for over a month with isntalling Vista SP1, were i was able to over-come it by preforming the recovery. after a successful recovery i have installed kaspersky Internet Security 2009 by few days on my Lapptop and it looks that the internet security program recognized the file as to be a trojan file. so i have restored it, and now im faced with this issue: a msg comes up on the screen as soon as windows loads to the desktop saying the following:

msg title: RunDLL

Error loading C:\Windows\system32\qoMghihH.dll
Access Denied.

With an OK button

i have tried to preform a system restore, but hopelessly
and im tired of preforming a system recovery.
