corrupt or missing driver for Standar CD-ROM drive
Hi, just want to say hi to all; this is my first time on this site, hopefully someone can help!

I am running Vista and my CD's will not load. When I look into 'My Computer' my DVD/CD ROM drive isn't even showing up! It had worked previously, and I don't know what happened to change it. When I go into Device Manager, it says 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)' The device is MAT****A DVD-RAM UJ-850S ATA Device. Any help would be sooo appreciated as I start another term of school this week and will need to use this DVD/CD drive.
