non-upnp port restricted NAT/user

When I sign into Windows live messenger using Windows Vista , on the messenger under tools; then options ;then connection;--- it says I am connected to the internet by - non-upnp port restricted NAT/user; is this normal ?or should it say something else? What can I do ;if I need for it (not) to say that; on my messenger ;under connections?

I have the same problem, too. But, instead of User, I've got Administrator.
