Administrator Rights
About three months ago, my computer crashed and i lost everything. It re-booted itself. I thought I had administrator rights but now I realize that I didn't. When I try to download files from the internet to either the temporary internet files or program files, it will not do it. a box pops up and states that I do not have administrator rights and I have to obtain permission. It's telling me that access is denied.
