List of processes and services that can be turned off?

Does anyone know which processes and services that can be turned off?Not only in services but in the task manager as well.Most of the stuff i will never use and it dont need to be running if im not using it,any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone?..anyone?..I could really use some advice on these unnecessary services.

There's just too many and their descriptions are like political stump speeches, they don't say what they really mean or do.
