dell m1530 with 32 bit os how to upgrade to a 64bit os

so i jst recently purchased a dell m1530 and want to upgrade vista home premium operating system to 64bit and don't know how... i looked @ the microsoft page and tryed inputing the product key so they would send me an upgrade disc for the price of shipping but it would not got through i think this is because of the oem problem and i contacted dell and they were not very helpful... i guess they don't offer the 64bit home premium and told me to pay like 200 dollars for ultimate.. so u guys got any ideas??? help PLEASE!!!!!
