what i've read this prob. is a year old but no common fix for a common prob., this is the prob. not able to start event log . diskeeper will not run with out it. error states " not a valid WMI file provider" i'm in touch w/ms no help yet . ( I can see a vista reinstall in my future.) HELP! THXX
