Window Installer keeps popping up

Window Installer Vista Home Premium keeps popping up on startup to install bluetooth software widcomm ver 6.1.3.3100 but this is already installed and working.

There does not seem to be readily available widcomm bluetooth software to download and a CD did not come with the computer.

It is a pain

All suggestions welcome Thanks
