now 12 trials for installing SP1, still no success

Hi, I have here a PC, upgraded from WinXP to Vista Premium (performance index 2,0), all updates installed successful, but not SP1. It always announces new updates are waiting, but if I agree, always I get the response "fehlgeschlagen", means not successful. I counted up to now 14 trials starting on June 03, including today so far, and the PC tries to install actually another time. Is there anything what I could do?

By the way, I have here 2 other PCs operating more successful, more or less similar cofiguration, upgraded within the last two weeks, which are running Vista Premium without these problems.

In addition, I need to inform that I of course have used the MS Vista Upgrade Advisor previously. It informed about zero software or other problems and recommends Vista Ultimate(!)
