Unwanted Windows=Popups (probably) they are normal, not all blockers can stop them, that is also normal. And, really, no one wants those.
As for windows update:
For now, we'll just check how the update service is behaving.
1. Open
Task Manager
2. Go to
services tab
3. Find the "
wuauserv" service and see how it is behaving.
Here is how mine is behaving: (Name:
wuauserv // PID: 992 // Status:
Running // Group: netsvcs)
The status should be set to "Running" if not, then try turning it on.
