I got this problem a couple of days ago, turned my pc off for the night and when i turned it back on in the morning it froze at the green loading bar screen. But, the green bars do not stop moving. It has been doing the same since. I tried booting from cd but that didnt work either, It came up with a colourful background but no menus or options anywhere, i could only move the mouse. Any ideas?
Yes, i have tried all of the startup options, system restore all safe modes last known good config as well. Same thing happens though. I tried going into BIOS too and tinkering with the settings but it doesnt seem to boot off cd for some reason.
