reinstalling vista basic

hello i just tried to re install vista basic to factory specs using a real copy of vista premium disk and i realized i installed the premium vista on my remaining 25 gigs of hard drive .. how do i get it back to a factory setting? my laptop is an emachines d620,, thanks
