Blurry fonts on e-mail page

I have done something that changed the fonts on my Windows e-mail page. Now they appear blurry. Actual e-mails are fine. Just the listings are blurry. When I open the page and the in-box appears, all the e-mails listed are blurry.

Do I need to put my glasses on or can this be fixed? Thanks!
