Svchost.exe Multiple Instances

Im just wondering on how to SAFELY stop this svchost issue

I've already done my research and found out that svchost.exe is a legit program by Microsoft so Im not taking a risk on removing/stopping one of them but I also read that this might be the cause of my problem, seeing that I already scanned, Registry maintanance etc...

I have had researched on how to "safely" stop it either but doing it manually is quite impossible for me seeing that I dont know which one would be the "safe" one to stop.

Also when Im at my desktop theres no "svchost.exe" to be seen in its taskbar while on my laptop theres multiple instances of it

So is there any software to safely stop or if necessary remove it?

yeah, in theory it's legitimate, but a lot of malwares could hijack it and pose a threat to your system.
