Print spooler is missing

can't print, the print spooler is not listed when you go to services.msc for my wifes account. the print spooler is on my account and the printer works fine but is not on her account, the print spooler is missing. how do I go about adding the print spooler to her list at services.msc?

Hi Dave,

If the printer appears in Devices and Printers on your Wife's account Delete it.

Reinstall the printer in her account and that should be it.
