Hey guys..
I have been trying to search more information about the issue i am currently having using my hp pavillion dv5 laptop, and finally decided after numerous and countless of hours with having no luck at all; to try and seek help if someone could kindly telling me what do i need to do with this issue.
I am having error when i try to start up the laptop..
"Windows has failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause....."

Info: Windows has failed to load because a critical system driver is missing, or corrupt.
Now, i have tried numerous of options to try and fix it by starting it up using safe mode options, and neither of them work. It gives me an error stating that i need to either insert the windows installation disc to repair - but i dont have the repair disc.
I even tried to try and launch the startup repair, but then again it failed.
It gives me an error..
Status: 0x000000f
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.
