Help needed
Suddenly my laptop stated there is a potential threat and needs to run chkdsk. After running chkdsk it displays message - " windows has finished checking your disk Please wait while your computer restarts "
But it freezes and not rebooting at all.
I tried forced shutdown but then again it goes to chkdsk and freezes again.
My laptop is refurbished Sony Viao, 2 yrs old, using vista home
I really appreciate any help here.
