Error Code 00000646
I have 9 Windows Updates, but received error code 00000646. I've repeatedly tried to install and can't get a solution to this problem. What do I do?

Hi,

Try restarting, tap F8 key... Select "Safe Mode", delete SoftwareDistribution folder under c:\windows

Restart, let me know if it works.
