Host Process for Windows Services has stopped working

I am using Vista Home Basic, yesterday suddenly while restarting my Laptop pop up an error message that says “Host Process for Windows Services Has Stopped Working”, in other window it reflects " Internet explorer was closed ".
I deleted the qmgr0.dat and qmgr1.dat but still the same problem occurs while restarting.
Can anyone help me from this issue??
