windows explorer scroll bar
I just started having this problem after I loaded norton into my computer but I can't realistically blame that program. At certain times, not always, when I open win explore (not internet explorer) the scroll bars on both the left and right sides move themselves to the bottom and my efforts to move them back up only result in them automatically going back down. I would appreciate some clues from anyone who has had the same problem.
