Unable to Sync Phone/MP3 to PC Error Code19
I am now unable to sync my phone or MP3 to my computer.
Description:
Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the driver software encountered a problem when it tried to run. The problem code is 19.
It is not the cord...MP3 is direct plug in.
I am pleading for help! Thank you in advance.
