External wireless display vista on compaq laptop
I am trying to connect a wireless video sender to my compaq presario c700 laptop under Vista home, but when I connect the vga connector the laptop does not recognize the 2nd monitor.
I've tried going into mobility center but it doesn't detect any monitor, even when I select presentation mode. I go into display settings and it doesn't indicate a second monitor (the 2nd monitor is smaller than the first one - as shown in display settings).
I'm looking for a way to force the second monitor display to be active regardless if there is an actual monitor hooked up or not (video sender is hooked up to the VGA port via a VGA to RCA converter.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
