Vista mapped drives to Server 2003

I have no problem mapping a drive to my Server 2003 from Vista Home Basic and Vista Home Premium. However, the mapped drive will not reconnect after logon. Can anyone help with this? It is so annoying to try to refresh a mapped drive and have to enter the windows username and password after any logon.
