Windows Photo Gallery Not opening

hi all,

i try opening jpg images with windows photo gallery but when i double click on the image does not open .

there is an error message saying "an error is preventing windows photo gallery from opening.

I think it may be a virus problem or your jpg images were corrupted. I suggest you to run an anti-virus.

hey I have AVG and latest one yet it has not shown any problems with my PC...
