Not recieving Incoming mails on windows mail

Hi

I've been using Windows Mail for 3 years on my desktop. I use gmail account.

This was working fine till this afternoon...suddenly I am not recieving incoming mails. There is no problem with outgoing messages which are going as usual.

The error shown is
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.gmail.com', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
